The third parties that process personal data on behalf of Cypher Capital Technology LLC in connection with Strata.
Cypher Capital Technology LLC (“CCT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) engages a limited number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf and on our instructions in order to provide Strata, an artificial-intelligence workplace assistant (the “Service”). Those third parties are our sub-processors. This page is the up-to-date list referred to in Section 6 of the Strata Privacy Policy, and the same list is available on request from legal@cyphercapital.com.
Each sub-processor is bound by contractual terms that limit it to processing personal data for the purpose described below, require appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and restrict onward transfers. Where a sub-processor is located outside the United Arab Emirates, transfers are made on the basis described in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
Sub-processors marked “where connected” process personal data only if you or your organisation choose to connect that tool to the Service. If you never connect it, no data reaches it.

Recipients that are not sub-processors — other authorised users within your organisation, professional advisers, regulators and authorities, and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — are described in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Strata's access to, and use, storage and sharing of, information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is transferred to the sub-processors above only as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features that are prominent in the Service's interface, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and it is not sold.
We update this page when we add, replace or remove a sub-processor. To be notified of changes in advance, or to raise an objection to a proposed sub-processor, write to legal@cyphercapital.com.
